An Arne’s trailer is a long-term investment, and we support that investment for the full life of the unit. From warranty claims and OEM parts to service network access and technical documentation, our support infrastructure is designed to keep your equipment working.
Main Frame Rails - 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Cross Members and Framing - 1-year warranty.
Gravel Boxes - 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
All Other Components - 1-year warranty.
Sherwin Williams Paint - Carries a separate 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims must be filed within 10 days of discovering a defect using the Arne’s Warranty Claims form. Repairs must commence within 30 days of claim submission. A Warranty Purchase Order must be obtained from Arne’s before any warranty repairs begin.
Important: Warranty does not cover repairs performed without prior Arne’s authorization, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or modifications not approved by Arne’s.
