Arne’s side dumps are engineered for one thing: clean, complete material release in the shortest possible cycle time. Available in V-style and tub-style box configurations with driver-side or curb-side dump, our side dumps are the preferred choice for road construction, aggregate placement, and any application where controlled lateral dumping improves efficiency.

Frame Construction

100,000 PSI tensile flange material on main frame rails. Flared I-beam cross members with stiffener ribs. 8-inch formed channels between suspension hangers for superior frame rigidity.

Cylinder Placement

Hydraulic cylinder location provides protection to critical hydraulic components while improving dumping geometry. This design reduces maintenance exposure and extends hydraulic system life.

V-Style Box

Horizontal rib design produces virtually seamless side walls. 3/16-inch floor and 10-gauge walls using 50,000 PSI tensile material. The V geometry ensures no load hang-ups and clean dumping every cycle.

Tub-Style Box

Integrated floor and side wall sections fabricated using 4mm AR450 Brinell hardness material. This single-piece construction eliminates seam failures and provides exceptional abrasion resistance.

Center Mesh Design

Provides operator safety during rear unit line connections, safe ladder access for load checking, protection of critical components inside frame rails, and quick visual inspection of all internal components.

Super B Lead Unit

Utilizes Holland 5th Wheel products for proven, reliable coupling in B-train configurations.

Finish

Sherwin Williams paint products applied to all Arne's trailers.
