What are current lead times?

Lead times vary based on model, configuration, and current production schedule. Contact your dealer or our sales team for the most current estimates. Because every Arne’s trailer is built at our single Winnipeg facility, demand consistently exceeds supply - we recommend ordering as early as possible.

Can I visit the factory before ordering?

Yes. We welcome plant tours and encourage prospective buyers to see our facility and manufacturing process firsthand. Contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

What steel does Arne’s use for frame construction

All main frame rails are constructed using 100,000 PSI tensile flange material. Floors are 3/16-inch AR200 abrasion-resistant material. Side walls use 10-gauge and 12-gauge steel depending on position.

What paint does Arne’s use?

All trailers are finished with Sherwin Williams paint products, which carry a separate 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Can Arne’s build a custom trailer for my specific application?

Yes. Arne’s is one of only six firms in North America with engineer-to-order custom trailer capability. Contact us to discuss your project requirements.

What does the warranty cover?

5 years on main frame rails, 3 years on gravel boxes, 1 year on cross members and other components. Full warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.

How do I file a warranty claim?
