• Main frame constructed using 100,000 psi tensile flange material.
• Flared I beam cross member flanges and stiffener ribs formed into the webs are key to our strong frame.
• Formed 8" channels are used between the suspension hangers for even greater frame rigidity.
• Our dropped frame with the hinge pin location results in a lower center of gravity for improved stability when dumping.
• One piece turntable frame fabricated from 3/8" plate provides increased rigidity and stability.
• Arne's uses the superior quality BPW Double Ball Race Turntable in all Quad Wagons to ensure optimal distribution of axial and radial forces.
• Our pre-fabricated rear cross member/rear post assembly and center rib provide:
  • Improved stability when dumping
  • Reduced box side bowing
• Integrated floor and side wall sections fabricated using 4mm 450 Brinnell.
• Floor/side wall sections overlapped during assembly for increased strength and durability.
• Body design and material seams result in clean dumping and has proven to be extremely durable in adverse conditions.
• Light weight aluminum light bar/rear cross member assembly results in increased payload.
• Our tongue design provides line protection during dumping of lead unit.
